Description
- Typically, you’ll want to manage your WordPress site’s code in a hosted repository at something like GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab. Then, you can deploy your site from that repository to your live server as needed. If you want to use Git with WordPress, you have a few different options.
- You would use WordPress if you want a dynamic page - that's the whole point of using it. You could ofc grab the html generated by WordPress and push that to your Github, but that would be a lot of manual work I think. You could try a static page generator, i.e.
Plugin that allows you to embed details from github just by pasting in the URL as you would any other embed source. Currently supports:

The plugin provides very basic styling, but adds classes so you can style as you see fit. If anyone has some ideas for a better default stylesheet – pull requests welcome!
