If you receive a modules update failed message, it may be caused by the following issues:

1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.

2. Press the F5 key on your keyboard to access Advanced setup.

3. Click Network Protection → Firewall, expand Advanced and click Edit next to Rules.
